Looking for a Housekeeper

Norwegian couple with two children looking for recurring help with keeping our home clean. The house is brand new and 160 m², but not all areas require regular cleaning. The main priorities are the two bathrooms (one is a combined washroom and bathroom), and the floors in the four bedrooms, kitchen, living room, home cinema/office, as well as the corridor and hallway.

Cleaning frequency can be discussed, but at a minimum every other week.

We prefer the cleaning to take place during normal work hours. If the person is, for example, a student who would like to spend the day here for practical reasons—cleaning and then studying or working remotely while we are at work—that can be arranged. Naturally, we only pay for active working time, and we would like to agree on a fixed price after a few trial sessions.

If we are happy with the collaboration, we may gradually extend the task list and the number of paid hours over time, if that is of interest.

Before starting, we will arrange an initial walkthrough of the house to align expectations and initial scope of work.
