Restoration / refinishing of wooden parquet floor 40m2
I am looking for an experienced person to restore the parquet floor in an apartment in Oslo. The floor is generally in good condition, but has normal wear, scratches and some visible light/white marks from previous use. I want to refresh the floor so that it looks as nice and new as possible. I want the floor to be assessed first to find the right treatment - for example light sanding/polishing, or full floor sanding if necessary, followed by suitable oil, varnish or other protective treatment. The area is 40m2.
