15 month old boy need caring babysitter

We would like to find a caring responsible babysitter for our son. I am a stay at home mom, but we would like to have someone we trust that can stay with him when we want to go out, have an appointment, when I need a break, or whatever occassional reason may come.

I am really trying to cultivate respectful parenting, holding consistent boundaries, informing of plans and changes beforehand, encouraging his independence and problem solving, as much freedom to learn as possible while retaining safety and sanity of the carer 😁. I don't want him to be constantly entertained, sometimes your job will be to just sit there and observe him without interrupting his focus. Without screens.

I would like the person taking care of him to help me maintain that. If you love being outside and exploring while keeping a baby safe that's a major benefit.

I would like you to be communicative, and what I mean by that is be able to voice any concerns, and issues and needs.

I speak little norsk so English is preferable. But you can speak Norwegian or Polish to him.

Potential of having two children of similar age to care for sometimes.
